I visited this shop when I was looking for a high end sewing machine for heavy use in my art studio. I felt like the person who was there that day wasn't all that interested in waiting on me. I decided to shop around and found the same machine at a shop very willing to spend time with me and i bought the machine at the other shop for hundreds of dollars less than Pinards wanted.
