Review content:
I have used Titan Automotive for servicing both of our cars for many years. Approximately two and a half years ago I took my 1994 Buick Park Ave. in to have the air conditioning fixed, spending over $1000. It required a new compressor and other related parts. Since I seldom use this car it was only driven about 1500 miles during this time period, mainly in the winter season. I had a need to drive it recently and found that the AC was not working, so took it back for analysis. I was told the new compressor went out with many metal particle in the system. I was also told that since it was over the one year warranty period they would not remedy the problem unless I again paid to have it done. There was no offer to negotiate. I elected to do without. At least I did not have to pay for the analysis. Warren Reynolds
