Worst place to spend your money ever!!! And I mean EVER! The store was recommended to by a family member, so I decided to go make a purchase. BIG MISTAKE! I went to the store and the lady who attempted to help me (after asking for it), was almost completely ignorant of the items which she had on display. The clerk with the dorky glasses was called over. I made my purchase and after a brief exchange with the dorky clerk in glasses, I informed him he was a borderline JERK. Here we are four months later and I have an oil leak on the very mower I purchased from these clowns. I take the mower in and a week later I call and have the nerve enough to tell me they haven't even taken a look at it yet. WHAT!?! Then they proceeded to tell me it could take up to an additional two weeks to repair. I asked about a loner mower, of course they don't have any. As I am hanging up the phone I say " I'll call tomorrow." He then says " No, I call you!" Who's lawn mower is that? I thought I spending close to $400 on that mower would make me a valued customer. I think the only thing the $400 did was give their staff a good laugh. All I say is, take my advise and avoid Lanham Cycle And Turf in Bowie and their poor customer service.
