I contacted this garage door company because of Adrian 's great reviews on the internet. I had been using another company for awhile and was not happy with the lack of service. That being said, I was looking forward to meeting Adrian. When the day of our appointment arrived, Adrian was unable to meet me due to an injury, so he sent Zack in his place. At first, I was a bit concerned because the whole reason I contacted this garage door company in the first place was because of Steven himself. Steven assured me that Zack was an awesome guy and would provide excellent service. Zack was that and more. Zack was very thorough in his analysis and would explain things in great detail. In the end, he fixed all my garage door issues (my garage door is 13 years old) and left me with some great maintenance tips. Zack has been in the business for 20+ years and his passion for his work is obvious. Thank you Zack for a job well done!
