AMA took my son's car from his apartment complex claiming he did not live there on Labor Day weekend. At 3am we were led out to their complex in a completely isolated area. We brought proof of my son's address. Owner said he would reimburse when he confirmed with apt. mgr. He confirmed and refused to reimburse for his driver's mistake. Driver mentioned they looked for people that maybe were drinking in Northgate area and were not aware of where they should park. He flat out lied about reimbursing us. This was also a move in college weekend . These people are feeding on parents that bring their children to College station. Extremely dishonest.
