Review content:
Robert V. was highly professional. He identified the main problem related to the service call and fixed it immediately under warranty. But he also identified another major issue which was missed or superficially taken care in the past. This required work in a different area of the home and correction of previous installation done by the home builder a long time ago, all this requiring significant effort and resolution from Robert's part. This additional work was done very well, in the quickest and cleanest possible way. What he should be commended for is not only the fact that he identified the problem and the necessary solution but that he also proposed and performed to carry out the entire repair work. This required considerable effort in some pretty hot conditions; it could have been much easier to disregard the problem and just hit the road to the next service call. But Robert went through all this, took ownership of the problem, solved it, and left when all was working properly. The main repair work was under warranty done at no cost. The price for the additional work was fair, especially given the condition the work had to be done. Excellent service; well beyond my expectations.
