Disappointing. During the buying of my new home, this was the only difficulty I encountered. I was quoted a price for pumping and inspecting the septic system of my new home. They charged my card for just under the estimated amount, which made me happy, but my happiness was short lived... a few days later they charged my credit card for an additional amount that was 55% more than the original estimate! No phone call, no communication with either myself or my realtor, and most importantly NO authorization! When I called to speak with them about it, they were dismissive and arrogant. I was told that since my realtor had placed the order I could pound sand. Not something any customer wants to hear. I disputed the second charge with my credit card company, and when these guys learned of it, they claimed I had disputed BOTH charges and demanded a check for the full amount of both charges! In sane! I wouldn't recommend these guys to my enemies, let alone my friends.
