The Doctors are good, seriously. This is not a critique of them. The back room nurses/assistance are quite good as well ... but the front desk and the manager of the Austell office will be the downfall of this practice. Front office personnel are rude, show no respect and have made multiple mistakes on my billing. When the Office Manager was confronted on this issue (at first she would not speak with me, but I persisted) she proceeded to make excuses based on age of the employees, work load, etc. None of the excuses were valid, and if I were a doctor and I knew that my practice was not run professionally ... I would definitely have something to say about it. Because of the poor organization of the front desk, be prepared for a long wait.
