My wife called Peter to check out a plumbing issue we were having. He agreed to come out to the house for a free estimate. When he got there, he looked around for 15 minutes, turned a knob and then wrote her a bill for $89. When my wife questioned why she was being billed for what was supposed to be a free estimate, he started arguing with her and raising his voice. Since she was alone in the house with him and was intimidated by him, she wrote him the check. The best part? He didn't even fix the issue! I called over one of my friends who was able to actually fix the problem in 5 minutes. This guy is a complete scam artist. If I could give him less than one star I would happily do it. DO NOT EVER USE HIS SERVICES!!
