Review content:
I have had good and bad experiences. On the one hand, I had a cat who had not been completely spayed by a previous vet, so she was going into heat. I brought her to Ponemah at my vet's recommendation and the vet did a great job, operated and took care of the problem. \r \r On the other hand, I called them a few years later and asked how much it would cost to get my older dog's teeth cleaned. The person who answered the phone flipped out, wouldn't give me any information, and was giving me a hard time about needing to have my dog examined. I would have liked to have brought my dog in there; he had a condition which proved fatal and I would have liked to have had him checked out and evaluated, and to be fair, this was the office staff, not the vet, but I haven't called them since.
