Brought my car in to get some work done, but when someone was bringing it around the front to get picked up they hit a wall and damaged my bumper. To their credit, they called me right away to let me know, fixed it, and covered all the expenses related to the bumper. Unfortunately, after that the communication was rare. I heard different things about whether the bumper was replaced or just repaired and when it was going to be done. I was now stuck with a gas-guzzling loaner for 5 days on my daily commutes to LA. I had asked about getting help with gas since that was an unexpected expense, but they never followed up. I picked up the car on a Saturday and asked about all this and was told I would get a call back about it on Monday. I didn't hear anything until I called them a week and a half later, at which point the manager just clarified that the bumper was, in fact, repaired and not replaced. In my prior experience with the service department here I didn't have any reason to doubt their honesty. However, they weren't very forthcoming about information when they were the ones who caused the damage so I definitely feel less inclined to trust them with my car in the future.
