Outstanding anywhere, a Godsend for me. Made a stranded out-of-towner welcome, shopped for best priced parts alternatives (unheard of in auto repair business), explained all the options for my approval, expedited repair and priced it all so fairly that I went with the best-fix option.
Also watched other customers being treated very well. If I lived in Columbus I would immediately stop crawling under my own car and trust these guys to do exactly what I needed.
BTW: my problem was a blown A/C clutch and bearing known to me only as no cold air and deep knocking noises with A/C on or off. I had checked the internet and found the parts to be very expensive, but I was going nowhere until fixed so was primed for a first rate fleecing. What an extraordinary surprise Privitt turned out to be!
