Cadby is great! I called today (Saturday) because our garage door was only opening up if we helped it and it was becoming a big hassle. Anyways, I spoke with Cadby on the phone and he gave me several items to check. Things that could have fixed it if it involved them. My problem was a little more involved so he said that he could swing by our house that same day no problem. He came by and quickly discovered what was causing the problem and within 15 minutes had the door working better than it ever had before! He genuinely loves his job and helping people understand what the issue is. He is very personable and courteous. I plan on recommending him to anyone with garage door questions/issues.
