I lived at "the Riv" and really if you want a over priced headache you would too. While there for over a month I had a roof that leaked horribly everytime it rained. When I called maintance they said they would be right over, and never came. When you talk to the "RA/Lease Agents" They say they will be there in two days, or sorry they can't fix your roof cause it is about to Rain. All they do is stone wall you. They dont care about you after you sign, and will allow mold, smelly wet carpets, appliances and utilities(like the internet) to go unfixed for months. Stay away if you can help it.
