Absolutely terrible. They attempted to fix our A/C 4 years ago, with a 5 year warranty on the system. 2 years later, it starts having issues, and now 4 years later (2 days ago at time of writing), the motor dies. They had to give us the parts for free, because of the warranty, but had the nerve to charge over $700 for labor fees for about 2 hours worth of work over the course of 2 days.\r
These people are criminals, liars, and thieves dressed as HVAC specialists.\r
I would never recommend their service to anyone, and would rather recommend that you spit in their direction any time you see them, because they deserve much worse than that.
