Review content:
Terrible Terrible Terrible. I called them at least 25 times and got the secretary who never returned my calls or passed on my messages. I literally would call daily for almost two months and would get nowhere. The secretary didn't even have good manners on the phone. The garage dude who came out to the house just tried selling me a new door instead of fixing what I already had. I ended up going with Western Door people - excellent!
