From the sales person Tim to the crew of Mark, Carlos and crew we could not have been more pleased with how professional and great everybody was. We replaced both the AC units in our house. At the initial consultation was very knowledgeable and informative about what Champion AC had to offer. He helped us pick out the perfect units for our house. He then set us up for install 2 days later.\r \r On the day of the install, Tim called us personally to let us know the crew was on their way. He also ended up upgrading our units because they were out of the units we originally ordered because they were out of stock. So instead of cancelling the appointment he gave us a better unit for the same price.\r \r When Mark, Carlos and crew arrived the morning of the installation they arrived on time. The whole process took about 7-8 hours. During this whole time everybody was very professional, respectful, and kind. They worked very hard and finished in what I thought very quickly.
