My experience with Steve at Environmental Pest Control was negative. EPS has worked on the building I'm moving from for years, and for years the building has had roaches. \r

He came into my unit, because I found five FIVE in one week. The first question he asked me was where I was going because he thought I was bringing them in, so I have an idea of his mind set right there.\r

After he came, I saw more and asked my landlord, who I felt did not do enough either, if I could talk to him. It took him a few weeks to call and when he did, in mid sentence he hung up on me. He never called back and I did not try him back because by that time, I knew I was already moving. \r

I understand that there's only so much a pest company can do, and that people can inadvertently bring them in and that a lot depends on the neighbors, etc., however, I would like my questions answered and I do not appreciate being hung up on. I move tomorrow. For this, I give them a one star. I would give them a zero, if
