Wilks Air Condition and Heating is really outstanding in their service. We had been out of air conditioning for about a week and within 30 minutes of calling, they had a person out here.
We had been told by a previous technician that the A/C was not repairable and he wouldn't even try. The tech from Wilks said he would try and he did fix it but it only worked for another 48 hours. When I called, they said they were busy but they could send a temporary replacement until they could work on it again. In going forward, they gave me four options from the lowest price to the highest and explained everything. Without even checking anything, they sent me a price and completed the job in less than a full day.
Wilks Air Conditioning just did a terrific job with no mess, no fuss, and everything work perfectly.
