Trying to close on this new apartment is proving to be challenging. The people running this show are completely uninformed, unorganized, and are causing a lot of grief for people who were planning to move in over a month ago only to get closing dates in late August and learn even THESE dates are not firm. For the price, the treatment of those moving in is well below standard. Once they get your money, your on your own.
