Businiess name:  Little Stars 4D Ultrasound Studio

Review content:
I didn't have a good experience here. The place looked crummy and not a friendly or professional environment. When I went for my gender determination ultrasound at 15 weeks, it seemed to me that the woman giving the ultrasound was just taught by someone else she knew on how to use the machine. There was no knowledge on how to tell gender at 15 weeks. I spent an hour there with no 100% results. She had me empty my bladder then refill it soon after to try to "wake up" the baby. And she had me lay on my side two different times. She shook my belly several times with the ultrasound wand which seemed strange. Because it was done more times than I can count. There was no bedside manner. She forgot to pull out the leg rest for me after I came back from using the bathroom. I had to wipe off the gel myself from my belly. She was not good at telling me what I needed to do and it felt very awkward. It was not a professional environment at all, and I didn't see any certificates hanging anywhere about the sonographers there being trained, registered or graduated with a degree for sonography. It just seemed very shady to my husband and I. We left the place without a sure answer and also wondered what just happened? We did not like our experience at little stars and we chose not to go back for their free second ultrasound since they couldn't see gender the first time. It felt like a waste of time because she did not know what she was doing.
