We used this company through a home warranty. BIG MISTAKE! Rather than fix the problem they made it worse. Now we're stuck with a garage door that doesn't shut all the way. We tried calling and emailing them but they simply ignore the situation. They got their money and now it's time to move on to the next sucker. Oh yeah, don't let them talk you into buying a garage door opener and "programming" it for you. You will end up pay $40 piece of junk that you can get for $10 at Home Depot.
