Absolutely horrible. The technicians are okay, it's really not their fault that their company is HORRIBLE. They have a code violation scam so be wary. Even the technician who came said that their company makes them say we have a city code violation to charge more money. The inspector came out and said absolutely no codes were broken.
Secondly, these people have little to no knowledge of anything and WILL tell you that your break is not covered by insurance. They WILL take extra money from you and the WILL further mess up your already broken unit. You WILL have to call another company to fix whatever the hell it is these people to to your home.
CAUTION: Their front desk will NOT call you back regardless of your urgency. They seem to be uneducated, unskilled, rude, liars. They flat out lie to avoid doing work. When asked to speak to the manager, I was told she was out of the office and there was no way of knowing when she would be back. After being on the phone with the receptionist for 2 minutes (I checked my phone), she said the manager was now available (magically in the office) and that he was expecting my call. When transferred, it went to voice mail. I called the office back to let them know I was disconnected and was given the most atrocious attitude. The front desk girl, Krista, said I could not stay on hold for the manager because they had work to do and did not have time to hold a busy line for me.
LET ME TELL YOU THIS, Krista and the other imbecile that you 'work' with:
CUSTOMERS are what pay your bills---I AM your work. To tell me you do not have time to transfer me to a manager so I can address my grievances is wrong. You should be fired on the spot for your lack of customer service abilities.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you can avoid it! Honestly, I have no idea how they're still in business. I guess it's through AHS. I sincerely wish I had read all of their horrible reviews before allowing them to enter my home. They have literally NO good reviews.
