Review content:
One of the worst apartments in Tucson, the complex is Roach and bed bug infested. Please avoid if you value you stuff and furniture . The managements incomprehensibly rude and nasty, uncaring and laughable.\r
The current manger whose name is Nikki Quesada and is one of the worst property managers I have ever met, She is ignorant and will scare away most of the future tenants. She loves to play the blame game and is a master of it. From leaky water pipes, bug infestation, poorly manage staff, half of which including Nikki, shouldn't be managing a dog pound. \r

The list of problems are many and here's a few:\r
Bed bug infestation\r
Roach infestation. (Burns pest control is always on property and should open a satellite office there. \r

Poorly maintain property. (Recently a tree fell on the property damaging cars. This happen mid day. Luckily no one hurt durning the incident.\r
Maintenance staff is not only incompetent, but never does the job, some tenets wait weeks, to months, and years to have work done on their apartments. Ceilings are tore up on occasion because of water leaks, and a myriad of problems. \r
The infrastructure of the complex is old at least 30 years old, with problems ranging from bugs to copper pipes to significant other problems that I have not listed. \r

Further there is rumors the manger has personal, and social problems with other races and religions. Please don't be fooled by the outside of the property or how nice they are when entering the office. Be aware that they will blame you for problem in the complex. \r

The LDS church is on the verge of warning it members to stay away from the apartment building. \r
\r
They will claim you bought the problems inherently in the buildings. They will try to make you pay for all the problems that are in the Complex. Beware, this property is not for you, DO NOT even step in this roach and bed bug infested apartment complex, your better off in a cardboard box.
