My loan application experience with Total Mortgage Service is HORRIBLE. They are slow to review the docs we submit, never return our phone calls or email, and they never keep their promise. There are so manny hidden surprise and we are asked to pay more fees at the end. I will never give my business to this company ever. I will never recommend this company to any friend or family. Avoid them if you could
