Horrible service. The PA (I'm guessing) never introduced herself but she has pink hair, had a snarky attitude when i asked her a question. They wrote me prescriptions for antibiotics that weren't covered by my insurance and refused to allow generic substitutions even after I asked. I went in for a sinus infection and they gave me cough syrup, even though I told her I had no cough. Then some nurses came in and gave me all these coupons for the name brands which leads me to think they are only looking out for thier drug reps and not their patients. The pharmacy has been waiting for 4 hours to hear back from them regarding a substitution for the antibiotic. I called them myself from the pharmacy and got put on hold & then transferred to nurse's line. Save yourself the hassle and go to urgent care offices in Macon. This place is a scam and a joke!
