I hate that I even have to give them a star. A star would indicate that they did anything at all. Not only were they 4 hours late on the time they quoted me but every time I called to check on the status they told me the driver was 15 minutes away. Also I gave very specific instructions as to my where abouts knowing it was slightly tricky to find and was blown off and told not I worry then on a second call when I tried to double check my directions they were rude and blew me off again ....guess who got lost and went EXACTLY where I was trying to tell them not to!? Don't use this service unless you are a masochist
