It is a roll of the dice as to who you see. While Cymande is very personal, sweet, and will do what she can to help, there are many others that won't. Barry, Eugene, and Regina are RUDE. The comments and slick remarks that have been made are 100% rude and unprofessional. I am there to have my child treated, and not be insulted. I will only see Dr. Sam and Cymande, if we even go back. I gave 2 stars because of the courtesy and how well Cymande and Dr. Sam treat my daughter. My daughter was diagnosed with things that we were informed of a year later. My kid was called back 1 time to get some other kid's shots. Not to mention the scrap paper we receive to call a specialist had some kid's personal info on it. The timing is getting better for getting in and out, however, I'm not sure if it is to get you in and out or what. If you go, see only Dr. Sam or Cymande.
