After reading through the reviews here, I felt comfortable that this garage door repair company could handle our garage door problems. Torrance is a pleasure to work with. He is very responsive and was super flexible when I had to reschedule a few times. He took care of the problem quickly.
I'm a native and I go out of my way to support small local businesses. I will recommend him to my friends and if anything comes up with the unit or the remotes, I'll definitely be calling him first. When the problem ended up with a quick fix, he was gracious enough to not charge for the service call. Who does that anymore? What an honorable way to run your business!
