The company I work at had trusted Phil to take care of us when we were paralyzed from not having the ability to do business because of a broke down F-150 transmission in my truck. They gave the quote and got the job done quick but when it came time to pay they slipped an extra $100 onto the bill for some circle-talking, salesman type excuse, Today it is about three years later (40,000 miles) and we are having that transmission replaced at another facility so for an espensive rebuild ($2350.00) we definitely did NOT get the value we deserved by having the transmission rebuilt by an individual who had done well for us in the past (that one time was also pricey). Buy a used transmission and have it installed by any mechanic other than the ones at this facility.
