Larry Garner came out to replace an electrical cord for one of my refrigerators, which he did at a very fair price. I mentioned that I had an Ice Maker that I bought new 10 years ago and it had NEVER worked. I had had multiple other service people try to fix it but no one ever did. I gave up about 6 years ago and the machine sat idle. Larry said he would guarantee he could fix it. I was very skeptical, but for some reason, agreed to have him attempt to fix it. He replaced a pump and charged me for it which I agreed to. He told me to see if that worked but to call him if it did not. Of course, it did not. I called him and he rearranged his schedule and came over right away. He replaced a temperature sensor this time but told me he would not charge me because he assured me he could fix it. Well, that fixed it. For the first time in years, we now have a working ice machine when I thought it was just a write off. Thank you Larry. You did what you said you would do, you backed up your work, you came out promptly and you fixed something that no one else could do. He definitely will be the only one I call for any other appliance repair in the future.
