This company (and workers) are a TOTAL nightmare and I HIGHLY recommend to NOT hire them. They sell you up front but I can assure you that they will not follow through. They sawed the wood IN my home which broke my brand new AC unit and demolished my home. I had to pay a cleaning crew hundreds of dollars to clean up the mess, pay to have my AC unit fixed and had to pay to have my entire 4,000 sq ft home completely repainted, even though it did not need to be repainted. The saw dust stuck to the paint and would not come off. They were extremely messy and disrespectful and the owner is full of excuses as to why he can't show up. From his kids to his car constantly breaking down to having headaches. The thresholds were put in totally uneven and almost ruined the wood, glue was EVERYWHERE and when we asked about them cleaning up the glue they told us that is how it is and we can deal with it. When we refused to pay them the last $500 (due to all the money we had to spend cleaning and fixing the problems they caused), the owner became irate and informed us that the warranty he says he provides is actually not a warranty and we don't have one now. He also said he is not on the BBB because he does not want people complaining about him. Please be careful using this company and I would have a lawyer do a contract for you if you are spending $20,000 like we did.
