My service advisor was and will be Kim Sloat until I either get rid of my ford cars or he moves on in his career. I have always enjoyed his professional nature, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. Always willing to go that extra inch and or the mile to ensure his customers (friends) get taken care of.
Enjoy the friendly shuttle staff ensuring you are picked up on time and get to the dealership in plenty of time in a time crunch.
Overall, coming from a luxury dealership background, I am very pleased that Ford Concord is par with the luxury service centers. Having a loaner fleet may be beneficial as when I went to Enterprise this service, they did not have a car available and was a 45 to 90 minute wait. Decided to go with a family member because of this. Bmw, Mercedes, Audi and Lexus offer a loaner fleet. I believe it is a great way to allow customers to experience the newest offerings in the Ford/Mercury camp, and serves as a longer term test drive. Then at the end of the loaner cars life, it becomes a CPO.
Just a thought. Works for the big leaguers, why not for the heavy weights of the middle class?
