Review content:
MDF or medium density fiber base board is NOT recommended for high traffic areas despite the bull hockey the former owner/warranty man says.
The baseboard corners of my kitchen island are fraying & it looks like fido's behind...not a quality product that will last more than 3 months. Beware & make sure you ask about such details.
MDF is not a bad product, it has it place...high traffic and wet areas are not one of them. Been in construction over 20 years so I know a little about this kinda stuff & know a lot about when someone is trying to BS.
Hoping new owners will agree & correct the problem. They seem like better folks than the previous joker.
