They installed our garage door a few months back and then, the tracks have picked up squeaks and the motor has developed a little bit of a personality. I called Anaheim Garage Door and Gates Repair Services, and I can really tell they value customer relationship. I was able to set a temporary garage code and leave him, allowing me to be at work while he came and performed his job. When I got home, the thing didn't make a sound. I know I sound like next to impossible, but if you have to hire out work on your home you know how time consuming it is to find the right person for the job who you can call time and again without needing a phone book again the next time. Try them, you will not get disappointed.
