If I could give Jennosa Pools zero stars I would. He was very unprofessional. We waited 3 weeks for him to do what he said he would do. Didn't follow through. Didn't even give us the courtesy of a text or a call back to say he wouldn't fill out a couple pieces of paper that our mortgage hinged on. Risked us losing our home!!!! Kept saying he would do it. Every day he said he would have it done even though he didn't want to, he said it would be done. We were hesitant to hire another company because he already did all the leg work and it was literally just a piece of paper that would have taken 15 minutes for him to fill out. The new company we hired sent someone out and had the paperwork to us in 1/2 a day. That was true professionalism. The office staff at Jennosa pools are really just an answering service, they can't do anything but take messages, the other pool company we used had helpful staff who knew what they were doing.
