We just bought a car from this place and I can't describe how dishonest, duplicitous, and horrible the people at this dealership are. I don't feel like retaining a lawyer but we are going to be forced to do so. This dealership has done nothing but lie to us. We were naive,we trusted them. We should have gone on Yelp first and read the reviews on Universal City Nissan's page. Check it out. You'll see what I mean. I wish I had entered this dealership with a lawyer, cop and a notary public flanking me. That would have been the only way to get these people to do things right.
