She closed arrowheads location with no notice and inconsiderate to the fact that her stylist have families and didn't even give them time to look for work, the director at arrowhead played favorites and had her own click allowed gossiping by her click and just to aware clients when you tip a stylist if they don't hit commission they don't get any of there tips dolce keeps them and it's really had to hit commission because she has to many employees and not enough clientele, sad but all of this is true
