I went online to get Pet Stops number to get a replacement battery and saw that Pet Stop of WNY in Orchard Park didnt have a review, so I felt compelled to write one. We have dealt with Pet Stop for over 4 years now and we can not express how they have put all our fears to rest. You see, we had a Boxer, and we installed a "do it yourself" invisable fence and it malfuctioned and our Boxer ran through it and got hit and killed in the street. I can not explain the greif my husband and I had after this. We felt that because we "cheaped out" and put our own fence in, we ultimately killed our dog. We wanted to get another dog, but were hesitant since we would have to tie it up all the time. My parents have been clients of Pet Stop for years and recommended us to John and Debbie. We called them and they eased our worries and were the nicest people ever. We now have 2 labradoodles who would be miserable if they were tied up all day, so we are so greatful that there are people out
