I literally just got off the phone with, I am guessing the owner, Deborah she said. My mom has been going through a rough patch and is the sweetest lady on earth. I was trying to surprise her and I live out of town, Deborah was so unprofessional and rude, I couldn't bare to send my mother something from such hatred. I am from Cookeville and am ashamed that someone trying to make a living running a business could actually stay in business with such an evil attitude. Shame on the city of Cookeville for keeping her a float. I am upset that God would allow someone to exist with such a bad attitude and I will make it my personal goal that no one uses this delivery service. To all the men and women celebrating such a beautiful holiday with love in your eyes, whether using this service or not, happy holidays.
