Review content:
This past summer I took my 2004 Pontiac to get a State Inspection and Emissions. When they called to let me know that something needed to be fixed, I asked them if it was covered under warrenty's. They told me since the brake cyclinder was part of the braking system that it probably isn't covered under the warrenty. Come to find out after they called me that it is covered under my warranty AND under MOST warranty's. It is also covered under warranties that you can purcahse with USED cars with over 80,000 miles. The mechanic that called me should have suggested that I contact the dealership and make sure that it wasn't covered. After I contacted JTP, they told me that there was nothing they could do and I was stuck paying the bill. Then I did recieve a phone call from the owner telling me that he would give us a discount because he felt bad as to what had happened. We only got a 15% discount, and I had a coupon in my hand that I could have used that would have been what we had saved
