Unbelievable! I don't know how else to put it. They are so highly recommended with such a history of reputation. The sales person seemed extremely arrogant and snobby. He belittled his competition when I spoke of price comparisons. The crew arrived to install my tents looked like the had just come from the soup kitchen and appeared dirty and lacked personal hygiene and grooming skills. I was told that this was their first job of the day. They're language was horrible and it didn't seem to matter that my daughter was present. In fact, they found humor in asking her for her phone number. A separate group delivered the rest of the equipment a day later. (it would have been nice to get it all at one time) They seemed to present themselves with a little more tact, however, after they left, I noticed a planter had been knocked over and broken. A phone call to a "manager" was worthless after he denied that his "guys" could have possibly done the damage. I expected much more for top dollar. Pr
