Businiess name:  Hot Point Realty LLC

Review content:
Not sure how these people stay in business. Hotpoint realty is quite literally the worst realty agency I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. We were charged ridiculous amounts of deposits; yet the place we rented was never taken care of. Water damage started to come through the ceiling of the down stairs of the property my fiance and I were renting and Hotpoint acted as though we were bothering them when we asked them to fix it. They then hired a sub par handyman instead of a proper contractor to fix the problem. The problem came back again. And again. And again. Every time a repair was made, the house was left in worse condition than when they had started. Patches ALL OVER the ceiling of the downstairs of the property. Now that we have moved out of the property they are trying to hold our deposits. I keep being told that it's the owners decision as to when and if we will get the deposits back. The house was left in better condition than when we had initially moved in! I even hired professional cleaners to ensure so, because I anticipated problems with getting our deposits back as the only thing this property and management company have been is a constant headache. Stay far, far away in order to preserve your sanity.
