Review content:
If you value competence and professionalism - go elsewhere. Dr. Isaacson and her husband, Jerry Holcomb are the owners of this franchise. Dr. Isaacson did not listen to me and was incompetent in her diagnosis of my dog to where it almost cost my Dobe her life. I had to take her to an emergency vet and spend thousands more dollars had Dr. Isaacson diagnose my dog properly and listen to me in the first place. I asked her and her husband to reimburse me my costs - they refused. I took Dr. Isaacson to small claims court - because she didn't want to do the right thing. So, she hires a malpractice attorney who essentially strong arms me into dropping my case. Jerry Holcomb has been argumentative with me and went so far as to send a very nasty email to a friend of mine who wrote an article about my Doberman's treatment at their facility. So, like I said if you value competence and professionalism - go elsewhere.
