I am extremely impressed with Zilco LLC. Actually, dazzled is a better description. They are clean, efficient, polite, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Never having this type of work done before (mold remediation), I didn't know what to expect. They went beyond typical customer service and delivered in every way. Our storage room smelled musty, had rodent droppings, dust, dirt and other debris everywhere. I thought they'd just vacuum. They did...twice, and wiped down all the surfaces, included beams, pipes, shelves and boxes. As a result, the storage room is immaculate. They also worked inside the attic, cleaning up our mold issue. It was hot up there, but these guys didn't complain. They actually enjoy their work, are darn good at what they do and it shows. I've worked with many contractors over the years and Zilco LLC is second to none. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.
