I recently took my pet into the clinic to be seen for a skin issue.. My overall experience was not horrible, I just had a problem because the staff seemed so overwhelmed! I first got there for my appointment at about 3 pm, and I couldn't find any parking so I had to park down the street a little bit, I walk inside and there wasn't any place to sit. It was extremely busy. The receptionist greeted me in a friendly tone, had me fill out some paperwork and told me to have a seat. I ended up waiting about 25 minutes to finally be placed in a room, which was rather small, then the nurse took some information and said the doctor would be in soon. I waited another 15 minutes and the doctor came in. He seemed very knowledgable and friendly. He left and the nurse came back in with an estimate, the pricing was pretty good. My pet had to get it's skin tested for mange. So I waited in the lobby once again. About 20 minutes later they brought my pet back and I got his medications and waited to pay,
