We knew we needed a new a/c, but we waited too long! We called Champion and Chris showed up within an hour! He spent over 2 hours in no a/c explaining all my options and walking thru everything. He was so great in making the process as painless as possible. When you are spending thousands of dollars, you want to make the right decision. So glad he was able help us make the correct one. Alex andAlex Jr showed up the NEXT morning for install! I was so impressed how quickly they were able to set up the install! And Alex and Alex spent all day in temperatures over a 100 to get the system installed correctly, always answering any question I had. They left my house clean and put together with everything installed correctly. I can't say enough! The customer service was amazing and the customer service and technical skill was great! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!
