I been taking my pets to Dr. Sam for years. Everytime I walk in the door i am greeted by the staff who are always so friendly and caring. As for the doctor he always takes his time with my pets. He never makes me feel like he's rushing to get me in and out. He always answers my questions and if I don't understand something he explains it in a way that I can understand. When it was time for me to put my cat of 19 years down he was so compassionate. He sedated her first and let me spend as much time as i wanted with her until i was ready to go through with it. I must have been in there for an hour before I told him I was ready. After she was gone I stayed with her for another 45 minutes and NOT once did he say are you done I need this room for another client. He was great and when I was leaving he gave me his cell number and said if I need anything to give him a call. A few days later I got a sympathy card from him and the staff. It was a beautiful card.
