I visited Dr. Sam after I had one of the most horrifying experiences at Branchburg Veterinary Hospital at this disgusting and rude practice. I was pleased to walk in to find a friendly (but short) receptionist (can't even find that at my own doctor!) who greeted me and had a genuine care for my animal. While I filled out my paperwork, one of the other technicians came and played with Hershey and even held him so it wasn't so hard for me to hold the pen. Hershey has a little excitement problem and peed on the floor- when this happened at Branchburg Animal Hospital they handed me a roll of paper towels (not even disinfectant spray), but at All Pets, the technician scrubbed the floor for me. \r
