Dr. Sam has treated my dog Lucky for many years. I finally had to put him down 2 weeks ago,he was 18 years old. I have never met such a caring veterinary. He actually gave me his cell phone number to call him anytime about lucky, before I was deciding what to do. It was the most difficult decision I ever had to make. Dr. Sam and the staff were just wonderful caring and compassionate. Even 3 days after lucky passed they sent me a sympathy card telling me how sorry they were and if there was anything they could do please dont hesitate to call. He gave me breaks on the pricing and on some things didn't even charge. I never felt rushed by him he always took his time with lucky. One time we had to put lucky out to clean his teeth I was right in the room when they put out and after went back in to see the abcess he took out of his mouth. Then I went into recovery with him. He has nothing to hide I was there every step of the way. I love the man and staff. god Bless them all.
